The economist commented on Rusnano’s demand to invalidate loan agreements with three banks.
Three pre-trial claims were sent by the state-owned company Rusnano to three Russian banks.
The company demands to invalidate credit agreements concluded with the organization.
RBC informs about this, referring to informed sources.
According to “Rusnano ”, transactions may be considered invalid due to the fact that they were allegedly committed to the detriment of the interests of a legal entity and become a consequence of abuse of law.
In its lawsuit, Rusnano refers to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the articles of which oblige the parties to act in good faith, taking into account the interests of all parties.
According to “Komsomolskaya Pravda”, “Rusnano” owed “Sovcombank” 38 billion rubles, “Promsvyazbank” – 16 billion rubles, bank “Ak Bars” – 0.85 billion rubles. Total – approximately 55 billion rubles
One of the unnamed interlocutors of journalists considered the demands of the state-owned company to be illogical. According to him, “Rusnano” is still fulfilling its obligations. Another source stated that the document is formal.
Last month, representatives of Rusnano announced that they had talked with creditors about debt restructuring.
Earlier, topNews wrote that the results of the work of “Rusnano” came to the attention of the security forces. In particular, the state corporation revealed 35 unprofitable projects and a massage therapist on a salary.
