German Foreign Minister Annalena Berbock made a resonant statement on the Nord Stream-2.
He said that the pipeline cannot be approved because it does not comply with the rules adopted in Europe.
He said that the German Foreign Ministry held a conversation on putting the gas pipeline into operation as part of the coalition negotiations.
As a result, this agreement stipulated that European energy law should be applied to projects in the energy sector.

This statement was made by Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki after a conversation with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz.
“We are trying to work out solutions with German partners that would respond to these risks. The best solution would be to prevent the launch of the Nord Stream – 2”, – he explained.
Moravetsky added that due to the work of the Nord Stream-2, Ukraine, Poland and a number of other Eastern European countries may become victims of blackmail by Russia, which means the possibility of destabilization of the situation in the region.
