The Ukrainian authorities have prepared a new decision on the Crimean peninsula. Kiev intends to impose taxes on local residents.
The media, with reference to the portal & # 8220;Obozrevatel & #8221; specify that despite the fact that in 2014 the Crimea was recognized as a tax-free economic zone, Ukraine intends to cancel this status of the peninsula.
As a result of such actions, the standard tax rules of the country that considers the peninsula its territory will apply to the residents of the FEZ.
At the moment, the bill is being prepared by deputies of the country’s highest legislative body, the Verkhovna Rada.
As reported by RIA & # 8220;News & #8221;, the Kiev authorities intend to adopt it before the start of the summit of the“Crimean Platform & #8221;, which is scheduled for August 2021.
