According to experts of the Forbes publication, for the 2020 pandemic year, the real incomes of Russian civil servants and deputies increased.
This conclusion was made by experts based on the analysis of the income declaration.
The top 100 richest civil servants increased their income from 65.8 billion in 2019 to 75.9 billion in 2020, and 34 participants of the current rating were not in the previous list.
The list was headed by a deputy of the Chelyabinsk Legislative Assembly Konstantin Strukov, whose family earned 8.6 billion rubles in 2020, which is 3.5 billion more than a year earlier.
Strukov is the president of Yuzhuralzoloto, and in 2020 there was an increase in gold prices in the world, which helped the official to enrich himself.
Next comes the representative of the Legislative Assembly of Kamchatka Igor Yevtushok, who earned 7.7 billion rubles, and 2.7 billion of this amount falls on his wife. In 2019, the family of a civil servant declared 5.5 billion in income.
The top three leaders are closed by the deputy from the Sakhalin Regional Duma Dmitry Pashov. In 2020, its revenue increased from 6.2 billion rubles to 6.3 billion rubles. Last March, Pashov was arrested in the case of evasion of customs payments.
By the way, the representative of the Chechen Republic Ramzan Kadyrov is the leader among the heads of the regions, whose family earned 382.7 million rubles in the pandemic year 2020.
