Thus, the European Union intends to include in the ninth package of sanctions restrictions on about 160-180 organizations of the Russian capital that specialize in the supply of so-called dual-use goods capable of being used in the defense complex.

In the technology industry, a ban may be imposed on electronics and optics.

Brussels also intends to ban investments in the mining industry and a number of food products.

In the information sector, NTV/”NTV Mir”, “REN TV”, “Russia 1” and Channel One will fall under restrictive measures.

In turn, the Financial Times reports that the discussion of the ninth package will take place in early December, according to some sources on the 9th.

The package will probably come into force in mid-December.
