Rostrud gave clarifications on the rules for suspending employees who have not been vaccinated against coronavirus.

The suspension from work must be issued after August 15. Prior to this, the employer must request a written refusal of vaccination from his employee.
Such a person can return to work either after getting vaccinated, or after the pandemic is over.
As noted in the letter of the Rostrud, the suspension from work is prescribed in article 76 of the Labor Code. At the same time, the agency refers to the law & #8220;On immunoprophylaxis of infectious diseases & # 8221; diseases.
The ministry explained that vaccination against COVID-19 is included in the vaccination calendar and becomes mandatory in the event of a decision by the chief sanitary doctor in the subject of the federation.
