<p>Gas transportation operator Gascade announced the suspension of gas supplies to Germany via the Yamal-Europe pipeline, TASS reports.</p>
<p>According to the agency, “Gazprom” the day before did not reserve gas pumping capacity for Tuesday, December 21, and neither during the regular nor in the additional session.</p>
<p>Commenting on this issue, the press secretary of the President of the Russian Federation Dmitry Peskov called the situation commercial and advised to contact Gazprom for comments.</p>
<p>At the same time, Peskov denied rumors that the actions of Gazprom’s management are connected with the statement of the head of BNA, Jochen Homann, about the delay in the certification of Nord Stream —2.</p>
