The mayor of the city made a threatening statement.
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin was dissatisfied with the construction situation in Moscow.
The developer “PIK” does not have time to hand over a new school on Lublin Street on time.
As it turned out, due to disruptions in the delivery deadline, residents of new homes are forced to take children to overcrowded institutions.
Upon completion of the school, there will be almost 1,200 places for new students who, together with their parents, will move into the residential complex “Lublin Park”.
Sergei Sobyanin appealed to the CEO of PIK Group of Companies, Ivan Polandov, and warned that the company would not build in Moscow if construction deadlines were disrupted.
“The schedule is to fulfill. You have already 200 thousand square meters of housing, while the kindergarten is still not working, the school has not been introduced. I don’t care about your schedules: if you rent housing and tenants and children appear, you must provide all this with the necessary social and cultural facilities. Now people are forced to go nowhere, to overcrowded schools. If this practice continues, you will not build in Moscow, understand? Speed up,” said Sobyanin.
The media note that the PEAK still has to pass the road to school.
The developer promised to deliver the school on time.
After the threats of the mayor of the capital, the shares of “PEAK” went into negative territory and lost 1.05%. Before that, they grew by 3%.
As Topnews wrote earlier, in mid–October, Sergei Sobyanin announced the end of mobilization in Moscow – the search for evaders was stopped.
