The list appeared on the portal of the Government of the Russian Federation.
The Russian government has identified a list of goods and equipment that were previously imported into the country from abroad, the export of which is prohibited until the end of 2022.
It is also reported that the export of a number of timber products from Russia is limited for the same period.
As reported by Interfax, the list includes
- technological equipment,
- telecommunication equipment,
- medical equipment,
- vehicles,
- agricultural machinery,
- electrical equipment
These include, for example, railway wagons, metal and stone processing machines, monitors and others.
The full list includes over 200 items of goods.
They cannot be exported to all foreign countries. An exception was made for the members of the EAEU, South Ossetia and Abkhazia – the export of goods to these states is regulated by a separate resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers.
Responsible for issuing export permits will be The Ministry of Agriculture, the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Industry and Trade, the Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Natural Resources.
