The Russians were given the opportunity to transfer money abroad

Russians have been given opportunities to transfer money abroad

The expert shared the remaining ways for individuals, shops and banks.

NTI expert on digital finance Viktor Dostov, in an interview with the media, listed ways to transfer money abroad against the background of anti-Russian sanctions.

In an interview with RIA Novosti, he said that there are opportunities, although some of them require the personal presence of an individual or the payment of a high commission.

In the case of transferring money to stores abroad, Russians can open an account with a foreign bank and transfer money there in the permitted form and limits.

Or they can transfer money via SWIFT, but from their own account, and using the accounts of the recipient or seller, it’s true. There is such a chance, the expert notes, although a high commission will be charged for this.

According to Dostov, some countries allow them to open wallets and accounts remotely. However, information about the list of such states should be constantly monitored, because it is changing.

The expert explained that such accounts are marked by the bank specifically, and it can call the owner physically to perform the operation if it considers it risky.

For transfers not to banks and stores, but to individuals, the expert advised using the money transfer systems, Contact and Unistream.

Earlier, Topnews wrote that the Bank of Russia banned credit organizations from transferring funds from the Russian Federation abroad to citizens of unfriendly states.

The list includes 43 countries.
