The latter can be accessed through Public Services, and a Russian will be able to consent to the use of details to receive social payments without physically walking through organizations.
Also, the FIU and social protection will be able to track the relevance of the details for the prevention of erroneous disbursement of funds. When the bank account is closed, the data about this will be received by the ESIA the next day

The media herd knows what else the government of the Russian Federation plans to do, in addition to the introduction of a new monetary unit.
The Russian authorities intend to offer a new fuel payment scheme to unfriendly countries – gas buyers from Europe.
According to RBC, the new scheme includes the mandatory establishment of an account in a Russian bank and in rubles.
Referring to its sources in the Ministry of Finance, the publication clarifies that foreign gas buyers will not be able to transfer the payment to the supplier company otherwise. The last one is Gazprom.
Later, Russian President Vladimir Putin officially announced a similar form of payment for gas with unfriendly countries.
According to the document signed by the Russian leader, Russia will consider non-fulfillment of obligations under gas contracts by unfriendly countries if they do not pay in rubles from April 1.
At the same time, the president explained, if the unfriendly states refuse to make payments in rubles, then the existing contracts for the purchase of Russian gas will be frozen.
Gazprombank has been appointed as the authorized bank to open ruble accounts.
Recall that in March of this year, Vladimir Putin announced that European countries unfriendly to Russia will be able to pay with Moscow only in rubles.
In response, the United States and a number of EU countries announced the breakdown of the agreements, because judging by the contracts, all payments had to be made in foreign currency.
The day before, as Topnews wrote, according to the same publication, the Ministry of Finance wants to introduce a new currency, a monetary unit with which friendly countries will be able to pay for fuel supplies.

In fact, restrictions have been relaxed in relation to an entire industry in Russia.
The American authorities have revised some positions in relation to anti-Russian sanctions.
So, Washington attributed mineral fertilizers to essential goods.
Thus, sanctions against Russian agricultural products were actually weakened.
In the USA, they fear a shortage of mineral fertilizers from Russia. According to the country’s leadership, these chemicals are essential items and should always be stable in the country, but due to trade and logistics restrictions, problems with supplies may arise.
Nevertheless, the Ministry of Finance has issued an extraterritorial document regarding mineral fertilizers, which will be observed by all the country’s allies.
As a result, the US and the EU may even cancel the current duties on mineral fertilizers from Russia.
As Kommersant writes with reference to experts, Europe is also heavily dependent on the supply of mineral fertilizers from Russia, so it is likely to follow the example of the United States.
Earlier, topNews wrote that the political scientist told when the US anti-Russian sanctions would be lifted.
The specialist explained why this step could be taken by Washington.
The Agency proposes to limit such conditions of internal transactions.
The media became aware of a new initiative of the Federal Antimonopoly Service.
According to RBC, the FAS has developed a bill that introduces a ban on such a condition of internal contracts as the price of the contract in foreign currency. The consequences of such a decision may be the termination of long-term contracts and the transition to full prepayment of goods.
In turn, Vedomosti they clarify that the initiative belongs to the Government of the Russian Federation.
The explanatory note to the bill states that it is among the priority measures to stabilize the Russian economy. If the law is adopted, amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, Articles 317 and 424 will follow.
Already concluded contracts will need to be changed within thirty days from the date of entry into force of the law. In case of refusal of the parties, the terms of the contract will be executed at the exchange rate of the ruble on January 1 of this year.
It is important that the innovation does not affect foreign trade agreements.
The FAS media reported that the project has already been approved by the Ministry of Finance, and on March 31 it will be discussed by the Presidential Council for Improving Civil Legislation.
According to RBC experts, the law may lead to the loss of a number of contracts, as well as provoke the refusal of entrepreneurs from long-term transactions.
As Topnews wrote earlier, in March, Russian President Vladimir Putin announced Russia’s decision to accept payment for gas supplied to Europe in rubles.
The Kremlin has made a new statement about the upcoming sale of gas for rubles.
The Network is actively spreading the message about the purchase of the Vatican Bank rubles for 10 million euros. Allegedly, Istituto per le Opere di Religione purchased a huge amount of rubles from the Russian Central Bank to pay for gas with them.
Thus, the Vatican would have submitted to the new scheme proposed by Vladimir Putin.
Earlier, the president said that Russia would sell gas for Russian rubles. By March 31, the government has been instructed to develop the entire process of fuel shipment to Europe.
The information about the purchase of gas for rubles by the Vatican bank was reacted to by the media and Telegram channels Readovka, “Bloody Lady” and others.
“His Eminence promised us heavenly bliss on Gaza,” writes Maxim Shevchenko.
Later it turned out that the message about 10 million euros converted into rubles was taken from a humorous tweet.
He appeared online on March 28, the journalist Yulia Vityazeva notes.
Meanwhile, the Kremlin clarified that payment for gas in rubles will not begin on March 31. As Dmitry Peskov, Vladimir Putin’s press secretary, says, this process is “stretched over time.” Technologically, this is difficult to do.
“It’s not like everything that will be delivered tomorrow has to be paid by tomorrow evening,” says Peskov.
By the way, Bulgaria is also against paying for gas in rubles. They recalled that the contract spelled out dollars and euros.
French President Macron reminded Vladimir Putin of the same thing in a telephone contract the day before.
As Topnews previously reported, European countries refuse to pay Russia in rubles for gas. In this case, the change in the terms of contracts will be unilaterally on the part of the Russian Federation.
Ukraine also does not see an opportunity to pay everything in rubles, for this, EU countries must pay for gas in such a currency, and not in euros and dollars.
Meanwhile, the speaker of the State Duma Volodin proposes to transfer some of the other exported goods to payment in rubles.
Against the background of Russian President Vladimir Putin’s statement about the need to charge for gas supplies to Europe in rubles, Russian gas supplies via the Yamal-Europe pipeline have dropped to zero on the German-Polish border.
It happened on the afternoon of March 29.
According to Reuters, referring to the Gascade operator, at 13:00 local time (14:00 Moscow time), gas flows to Poland from Germany through Malnov amounted to 1,451,155 kWh /h, but then they fell to zero.
Russian gas supplies to Europe via two other significant pipelines remain at a stable level.
TASS notes that during the auction on March 29, Gazprom booked part of the capacity to pump gas through Poland to Germany for a full gas day, but the agency clarifies that supplies are still not guaranteed, since Gazprom does not use reserve capacity every day. once.
Earlier, the head of the German Economy Ministry said that Germany would not pay for gas in rubles, thereby violating contracts.
He was supported by French President Emmanuel Macron, who said in a telephone conversation with Vladimir Putin the day before that it was impossible to pay for Russian gas in rubles.
The conversation between the leaders of the two countries took place before the next stage of negotiations between Russia and Ukraine in Turkey and lasted about an hour.
Meanwhile, the LDPR proposed to stop exporting Russian gas to Europe through Ukraine until the end of Russia’s special operation in Ukraine.
In turn, the speaker of the State Duma Vyacheslav Volodin said that it is necessary to expand the list of goods exported for rubles.
“It would be right where it is profitable for our country to expand the list of goods exported for rubles: fertilizers, grain, oil, oil, coal, metals, timber, ”, – Telegram channel 112 quotes him.
Earlier, topNews wrote that Europe refused to pay for Russian gas in rubles.
This statement was made by the head of the European Commission.
Experts described unemployment scenarios in the country.
The Center for Strategic Research of the Russian Federation has issued a forecast according to which the number of jobs in Russia will be reduced by 2 million by the end of this year.
As a result, unemployment will not be the current 4.4%, but 7.1–7.8%. If acute consequences can be avoided, then it will grow only to 6.4–6.5%.
The CSR believes that the employment structure itself may change in the country. Cuts are expected in the automotive industry, metallurgy and construction. The need for light industry and IT industry workers will increase.
As Kommersant clarifies, experts name two scenarios for the development of events. Either unemployment will rise to 6.4–6.5% and will remain for the coming years, or due to job losses to 7.1-7.8% by December, but by the summer of next year the labor market will recover.
CSR believes that the second scenario is more likely, since many of the non-operating companies have retained staff.
The publication reports that the Russian Government has not yet announced its strategy, and has not given a GDP forecast for 2022. According to the head of the Ministry of Labor Anton Kotyakov, mass layoffs have not yet been registered.
We are talking about cuts of about 50,000 people, 14,000 on unpaid leave.
CSR predicts that the number of jobs will decrease in the automotive industry, household appliances, metallurgy, fertilizer production, construction and the sales market. The demand for workers will affect textile production, the IT sector, the production of clothing, leisure goods, the production of microelectronics and telecom equipment.
This demand will partially cover the closure of jobs, but it will require Russians to update their work skills.
The situation with unemployment will not affect the outflow of migrants, because the level of wages in Russia remains high for them compared to incomes at home. They also have no problems with transferring earnings abroad.
However, the experts’ forecast, according to Kommersant, may be affected by changes in labor legislation.
The publication reports that amendments to the Labor Code of the Russian Federation and the Federal Law “On Employment of the Population” are being prepared.
Earlier, Topnews wrote about which periods of unemployment are included in the length of service for pension accrual.
Experts have indicated countries that can make such a decision to Russia.
The media reports on the proposal of economists from the Institute of National Economic Forecasting of the Russian Academy of Sciences and the Center for Macroeconomic Analysis (CMACP) to create a new payment unit.
According to their plan, it should be used for settlements with friendly countries.
According to RBC, which has an analytical note by the authors of the project, its creation was influenced by the introduction of unilateral anti-Russian sanctions by the West. In particular, we are talking about retaliatory measures within the framework of Moscow’s demand for Europe to pay for gas in rubles.
Economists have suggested that the non-dollar settlement may be of interest to the EAEU countries, as well as India, China, Iran, Turkey and a number of other countries.
Thus, they will be able to reduce dependence on reserve currency reserves through which they are influenced by issuing countries.
The rate of the new unit will depend on the weighted average price of resources on the world market, the publication explains.
The process of converting a new unit into national currencies and back will be carried out by the clearing center of the system. The emergence of a secondary market for a new currency is also likely, which will allow countries to use it as a reserve.
As Topnews wrote, the requirement for European countries to pay for gas supplies in rubles was put forward on March 23 by President Vladimir Putin.
The volume and cost of fuel will remain in accordance with the contracts. In response, German Prime Minister Scholz said that the price in the contract is not indicated in rubles, but in other monetary units.
