Kommersant reported on a pilot project in seven Russian regions.
Two Russian departments, the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Labor of the Russian Federation have established the parameters by which the reform of remuneration of medical workers will take place.
According to Kommersant, the pilot project will affect 7 Russian regions. They house 440 institutions where the new system will be tested.
As a result, the introduction of new payment rules will affect over 170,000 people, the ministry said.
The Ministry of Labor clarified to the publication that the draft resolution of the departments will be published online for public discussion in the near future.
According to the document, which was at the disposal of the Merchant, the remuneration of medical workers will be formed from two parts of the salary and incentive payments.
The rules are set uniform for the whole of Russia.
The project developers are confident that the salary reform will lead to an increase in the share of salary, as well as the total amount of earnings.
In addition, the level of remuneration will no longer depend on the workload of the employee. But specific values can only be named based on the results of the pilot launch at the regional level.
